Safiyya Cajee is originally from Lenasia, South Africa and has been in the weight loss game since 2004 (16years).
Initially I started out due to having my own weight issues. In 2004 I lost 19.6 kg in 5 months and have maintained it for 12 years, taking into consideration 3 pregnancies after that with losses ranging between 25 - 30 kg's per pregnancy.
I have helped thousands of people lose weight and have a 100% success rate for 10 years.
Types of diets that I offer:
The eating plans are all written by me personally. I offer vegetarian and partially vegetarian diets, insulin resistant diets, gluten free, dairy free, pregnancy, ramadhaan plans for muslim ladies, shravan and pittar paak plans for hindu ladies and even breastfeeding plans. My diets have worked very well for lactose intolerant people also. It is not just for weight loss but for good health as well. My programs are for women only and not for children under 18 years.
An explanation of my program
I do weight loss over social networks like whatsapp, bbm etc. Everything is done over these networks. There are no personal meetings so you don't have to come in to see me. You lose weight in the comfort of your home.
I do healthy eating plans with no medications, shakes etc. There is no weighing of foods, only measuring. My eating plans can be done by all females over the age of 18 yrs only. No males. They are Indian suitable and can accommodate different religious preferences as well as plans pertaining to different preferences. I offer you an eating plan, healthy recipes, weight loss tips, encouragement, daily motivation and hands on assistance
There is a small monthly fee for those that join. Its R450 the 1st month and R300 every month after that. [This fee is only applicable to ladies in South Africa. Please enquire for fees outside SA]. Payment secures service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Expected losses are between 5-8 kilo's per month if done properly. I've seen more and I've seen less than this.

I take info from you, based on that, i do an assessment and tell you how much you need to lose and how much water your body needs
Then i give you a list of items that you will need and an eating plan. I keep a record of your measurements and weight. You give them to me once a week.
Variety is added as you lose. Once you've lost all the weight I teach you to maintain that weight. You go back to normal eating with the knowledge of how much to eat.

What you can expect while on my plans:
Eating guides are given. The first is limited variety but not too strict. Its suitable for the indian lifestyle as you are allowed to use all indian spices and masalas. All food groups are included with limited varieties. In your 9th week (last week) of maintenance °̩ teach you how to read nutritional labels so that you can buy the lowest energy foods all the time. This is very important for weight maintenance. °̩ teach you how to balance your diet when you've eaten wrong so that you still keep the weight off. During this time I may send you educational emails on weight loss, exercise, weight maintenance, foods to boost weight loss and more.
